I. Overview
Intelligent belt conveyor power-saving controller is a new type of motor control product developed on the basis of soft start. It combines traditional motor control method with modern computer control technology, and solves a series of problems in motor control systematically. It integrates synchronization, operation protection and power-saving, and has its remarkable characteristics:
1. It overcomes the disadvantage of large starting current of the motor. Generally, the starting current does not exceed 2 times.
2. High reliability. The machine is basically maintenance-free. Zero-crossing pulses are synchronized with AC 50 times per second, which ensures strict synchronization between motor and AC. The input and output of the intelligent control board are all optoelectronic isolation measures, and double power supply is adopted, which greatly strengthens the anti-interference ability. The program adopts digital control technology, which makes it very convenient to change parameters. The whole machine adopts modular assembly mode. It is very easy to replace a module. The configuration of thyristor is designed three times, which ensures the safe and reliable operation of the system.
3. Perfect protection measures. The machine is equipped with over-voltage, over-current, phase-breaking, over-heat and zero-crossing pulse protection. When the machine is abnormal outside or inside, it can send out sound and light alarm signal.
4. Comparing with voltage regulator and frequency converter, there is no attainment wave in controlling motor operation.
5. Great power saving. Intelligent control adopts automatic tracking star triangle conversion mode. Start-up is soft-start under star, so start-up current is the smallest. When load rate is below 50%, it can run in star mode for a long time. It can save electricity. When load is high, it can automatically turn into triangle operation to meet the demand of load for power. When load is reduced again, it will automatically turn into power-saving operation. This is based on calculation. Time-sharing technology enables motors to work long-term under the star shape. This is a creation, which greatly improves the efficiency of energy conversion and ensures the rational use of power resources. Practice has proved that the power saving is inversely proportional to the load rate, and the lower the load, the higher the power saving, which ensures the rational utilization of power resources.
II. Scope of application, mode of selection and matters needing attention
Scope of application: KY-2000K intelligent belt conveyor power-saving controller can be widely used in 380V 50HZ 5KW-280KW squirrel cage asynchronous motor, such as water pump, fan, crusher, rubber press, crane, belt conveyor, pumping unit, air compressor and other electrical machinery.
Intelligent motor energy-saving controllers are divided into three series, which can be reasonably selected according to the working conditions of the motor and can achieve satisfactory results. The following are introduced separately:
1. KY-2000K-A type automatic adjustment. This control mode is suitable for long-term operation when the load is relatively stable. When the load is less than 60%, it can be directly connected to star-shaped working mode. The energy-saving amount is the highest. When the load is more than 70%, it can be connected to triangle operation. Soft start and protection features are prominent, and the reliability is the highest. There is no harmonic in motor operation.
2. KY-2000K-B type electro-mechanical automatic tracking mode is suitable for the case of large load variation range and low frequency variation. Its main features are: small starting current, full protection function, flexible change of motor working state according to load variation, effective solution of rational utilization of power resources, and increase power saving to the limit.
3. KY-2000K-C type all-electronic automatic tracking type. Compared with KY-2000K-B, this method has the same characteristics. The difference lies in the ideal choice in the case of fast load change.
Every motor that meets the requirement of power saving can be selected reasonably according to the motor condition, and satisfactory power saving effect can be achieved. Generally speaking, the amount of power saving for 365 days of motor operation can be recovered by converting the alloy amount. When the load rate is below 50%, the electric quantity can be reduced by half, and the motor will turn as usual. User's new project can be directly selected, one-step in place, so as not to be rebuilt immediately after installation, resulting in idle waste of starting electrical cabinet of belt conveyor.
Installation Notes:
1. Users make a base according to the size of the cabinet, and place the cabinet vertically on the base, fix it firmly, and grounding it.
2. Measure the phase sequence with the phase sequence table and connect it to the air switch from left to right in the order of ABC.
3. Connect the A-phase lead-out wire to the upper end of the small gap and the lower end to the transformer. The transformer output will not work except for Vcc and VDD power supply. Another set of zero-crossing synchronization signals will not work when connected incorrectly.
