I. overview:
Ky-sfk-3d composite switch instructions are developed for the shortcomings of SCR contactless solid-state relay and AC contactor in the application of low-voltage reactive power compensation. It combines the advantages of AC contactor and SCR, uses computer to control SCR to close at zero voltage, zero current time-division switch, no inrush current when the switch is on and off, low over-voltage, and uses SCR to bear the rotation. Change task, realize no arc on-off, keep on state with contact, no sintering of contact, no voltage reduction, no energy consumption, no harmonic in operation, with anti-interference, anti lightning and power phase loss, load phase loss, no-load tripping protection function, response time less than 200ms. It is especially suitable for fast switching capacitor, also can be used for motor starting control and resistive load switching. No heat dissipation is required. Device.

3. Protection function
3.1 cut off the output circuit in case of abnormal power on, and cut off the output circuit in case of power loss.

V. precautions:
1. AC input and output shall not be reversed.
2. Control voltage input polarity V and Ka (KB, KC) shall be connected correctly.
V connected to common terminal of controller (+ 12VDC)
Ka connected to the output terminal of the controller (one of 1-12 terminals)
Refer to the wiring diagram of reactive compensation controller for the connection method of Y-type KB and KC.
3. During transportation, the composite switch may cause the magnetic holding relay to turn on in case of strong vibration, but when it is powered on, the switch will automatically reset and return to normal state without manual reset.
