I. important information
This information is for those professionals who can select and connect to install the switcher. The use of keymonth TSC series devices must strictly comply with the national standards related to the industry, although some standards are not reflected in this information.
Ⅱ. application
Ky-tsc series switch is used to switch capacitor in three-phase system. Compared with other switches, the switch has no inrush current, no contact noise and high switching frequency. These advantages are realized by trigger circuit, thyristor, diode and some auxiliary circuits. The switch is suitable for the occasion of fast load change.
III. composition unit
The switch is mainly composed of two-way thyristor, trigger circuit, absorption circuit, heat sink, cooling device and other components. The output circuit judges whether to output control signal (DC12V) before and after voltage zero crossing, so as to make the thyristor turn on or off. The trigger circuit can reliably guarantee the output of control signal, the good heat conduction function of heat sink and the addition of heat sink fan, which greatly improves the heat dissipation effect of the switch. The device has a built-in over temperature protection switch and a temperature switch to control the automatic operation of the fan, thus providing good conditions for safe operation.
IV. installation instructions
When installing the module, please pay attention to the IP protection level, temperature level and the maximum installation position. The ambient temperature will directly affect the electrical life of the module equipment. When the capacity of the single cabinet stacked module is too large, it is recommended to install high-power fans to exhaust heat and cool down. The fan ventilation capacity standard is in accordance with the following table.

If necessary, install ventilation cooling in the distribution room. The module equipment shall be installed stably to ensure sufficient space around the cabinet to facilitate maintenance and repair after installation.
Prompt: the equipment is suitable for vertical installation, and the vertical distance between switching switches shall be kept at least 10cm. If multiple rows of switches are to be installed according to the requirements, the rows shall be staggered with each other to facilitate the ventilation and heat dissipation of the equipment, and a certain horizontal distance shall be kept for the convenience of wiring and heat dissipation.

The reactive power compensation module you ordered will leave the factory after passing the inspection of our quality inspection department.
u before you are ready to install the device, please confirm the following preparations:
u check whether the packing box is in good condition and whether there are heavy damaged parts in the packing after transportation.
u check whether the mechanical part and electrical part of the module equipment are obviously damaged.
u check whether the rated voltage, current, frequency and other technical parameters on the nameplate of module equipment match with the local power grid parameters.
