I. overview

　　KY-3P thyristor short circuit breaker protector is specially designed for the safe use of controlled silicon heating equipment by Shanghai Kaiyue Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. It aims at automatic detection and relay protection of thyristor overheating and overcurrent damage. It completely solves the work errors caused by SCR burning and short circuit or circuit breaking, so the trigger can not effectively turn off the power supply, burning heating equipment and industrial accidents, etc.

　　This protector not only has the function of relay protection for thyristor short circuit and circuit break, but also can detect a circuit break of multiple loads and relay output protection.

　　

Ⅱ. Performance characteristics

　　○  The protector has simple wiring and stable and reliable performance. It can be used in 110 V-430 V 50/60 Hz power grid.

　　○  There are five indicator lights to indicate: power supply indication, normal operation indication, A, B, C fault indication and relay output.

　　○  The protector detects the change of output voltage and current of thyristor, so as to judge whether the thyristor is burnt out or short circuit, and relays the output to protect the heating equipment.

III. PROTECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS

　　1. SCR short-circuit protection: Generally, when SCR is damaged by overheating and overcurrent, there will be short-circuit uncontrollable state. At this time, the protection device detects and relays the output through a special circuit to protect, delaying 5 seconds action.

　　2. Thyristor circuit breaking protection: When thyristor circuit breaking or power supply is out of phase, the protector detects and relays output for protection, delaying action for 5 seconds.

　　3. Load breaking protection: When the heating load is disconnected, the protector can also protect and delay 5 seconds.
