Instructions for the Use of KY-SKKT (MTC) Series Voltage Regulating Kits
KY Series SCR Voltage Regulating Suite is designed and developed by Kaiyue Electronics to meet the requirements of new and old customers. In order to save costs and improve efficiency, it has superior performance and is practical and convenient. This regulator is matched with our company's KY3-D phase-shifting trigger or KY-ZB3 variable cycle zero-crossing trigger. It has a wide range of applications, reliable and stable performance, and high precision of voltage regulation and temperature control.
This product is equipped with flip-flops of various performances of our company. It can be widely used in voltage and current regulation in various fields of industry. It is suitable for resistive load, inductance load, primary side of transformer and various rectifier devices. It is mainly used in high power supply, AC and DC voltage regulation of high frequency equipment, salt bath furnace, power frequency induction furnace, quenching furnace, temperature heating control of molten glass and various industrial furnaces; rectifier transformer, dispatcher, primary side of electric furnace transformer, magnetization and demagnetization regulation, DC motor speed regulation, motor soft start energy saving device; with nickel, ferrochromium, far infrared heating elements and silicon-molybdenum rods. Temperature control of heating elements such as silicon carbon rods and switching switches of reactive power compensation capacitors, etc.
Product characteristics
l Linear regulated pressure heating, uninterrupted, non-flickering.
l The working status of flip-flop is displayed by several indicator lights on the panel. The fault reason of the voltage regulator is judged by observing the indicator status of the indicator lamp, which is convenient for maintenance.
l The whole series is equipped with overheating stop output protection switch to protect thyristor.
l The working voltage of flip-flop and the requirement of the main power supply are out of phase sequence.
l The flip-flop adopts patch production and separate control mode. It has high voltage, current resistance, maintainability and no interference.
l Including slow start function, effectively cope with rapid changes.
l Using SCR original, the proportional linear output is stable and the control precision is high.
l has the function of over-temperature stop output and indication.
l The wiring is simple, easy to install, disassemble and move.

Matters needing attention
● Please install upright in the direction of heat convection and keep ventilation and convection in the control box.
● SCR is a high current product, please do lock the incoming and outgoing ends of the main power supply, otherwise it will cause arc welding phenomenon and failure.
● Controlled silicon regulator load terminal can not be connected to zero line, otherwise it will cause SCR out of control (if the load does need to be connected to zero line, special customization is required).
● The thyristor voltage regulator has a relay alarm contact output which can be used as an indicator or chain protection control (contact capacity AC250V/3A, DC30V/3A).
