KYZ Type Fully Isolated Single Phase Intelligent Voltage Regulating Module

  I. overview

  KYZ type fully isolated single-phase intelligent AC voltage regulating module (hereinafter referred to as single-phase voltage regulating module) is an intelligent phase-shifting voltage regulating module which integrates power supply, synchronous transformer and phase-shifting trigger circuit. It has soft start and soft stop function to reduce the impact on load. The module has optoelectronic isolation between the input end and the output end in order to realize the control of weak current to strong current and the control of output load power by the input end. With high input impedance, it can be directly connected with computer and digital programmable circuit through digital-to-analog converter. It is very convenient to realize stepless regulation of output load voltage and power. It is widely used in lighting equipment, temperature control equipment and soft start of AC motor, AC series speed regulation and other power automatic regulation occasions.

  Ⅱ. Performance characteristics

  ○ It can directly interface with the output signals of various control instruments (temperature controllers) and microcomputers at home and abroad.

  ○ It is suitable for resistive load, inductive load, primary side of transformer and other load types.

  ○ It has soft start function, reduces the impact of interference on the power grid, and is more safe and reliable to use.

  ○ Urgent stop function.

  ○ Encapsulated with epoxy resin shell, it is safe, convenient, dust-proof and moisture-proof.

  Ⅲ. Main Technical Indicators and Their Use

  Control signal: 4-20mA DC 0-5V DC 5-0V DC 0-10V 2-10K potentiometer (manual adjustment)

  Voltage regulation range: 0-220 VAC 0-380 VAC 0-440 VAC.

  Phase shift range: 0-178.

  IV. Working methods

  1. Four input modes can be selected:

  ○ 4-20mA input. COM corresponds to the control input negative end.

  ○ 0-10V input. COM corresponds to the control input negative end.

  ○ 0-5V input. COM corresponds to the control input negative end.

  ○ Manual potentiometer input. The + 10VDC voltage output terminal of the intelligent voltage regulating module is the power supply for the manual voltage regulating control potentiometer (which is not used here). The output terminal of the potentiometer is connected to 0-10V port, and the other end corresponds to COM port. The resistance of the potentiometer selected is 4.7-10K.

  ○ Customers may apply to our company for customization when they require input of special control signals such as 0-20mA, 0-10mV, 5-0V etc.

  2. If the voltage added to the load is different, please declare the voltage size of the two, our company can customize for users, but the phase of the two must be the same, and (3) the voltage level of 220 VAC, 380 VAC or 440 VAC, 50HZ. (1) There is no polarity between (2) and (3) between (4). For example, if the rated voltage of a load is 36 VAC (220 V power grid is decompressed by transformer), and the single-phase voltage regulating module of 75A is selected, the module of KYZ-H36D75P can be customized to our company. Among them, the foot is connected to the 36V power grid in series with the load, and the foot is connected to the 220V power grid, such as (Fig. 5):

  3. The single-phase intelligent voltage regulating module has three input power sources: 220 VAC, 380 VAC and 440 VAC. Users should inform our company when selecting the type, so as to avoid burning the voltage regulating module by selecting the wrong voltage level.
