KYC Current-mode Solid-state AC Voltage Regulator Module
KYC series solid-state AC voltage regulator module is a floor-insulated power semiconductor control element encapsulated by two one-way thyristors, resistance-capacitance and diode phase-shifting circuits and over-voltage absorption circuits in the form of modules. It is an economical voltage regulator specially designed for single-phase resistance. Mainly used in industrial equipment temperature control, incandescent lamp dimming, conveyor belt speed control, small AC series motor speed regulation and other automatic power regulation occasions. It has stepless regulation, small size, light weight, high reliability, long life and easy to use. Only one potentiometer is needed in the application, which can realize the power regulation function of pure resistive load AC output, and can replace the heavy voltage regulating transformer in many aspects.

Matters needing attention
1. When using inductive load, a varistor must be connected to the output terminal, which is 1.6-1.9 times the load voltage.
2. Overload protection: the output load is connected in series less than 20ms, and the fast fuse wire is taken as 1.5 times of the actual current of the load.
3. When the load current is higher than 5A, radiator must be used. When the load current is higher than 40A, fan cooling or water cooling must be added.
