Instructions for the Use of KY1-E Flip-flops
I. overview
KY1-E flip-flop is a special silicon controlled trigger integrated circuit imported from abroad. The output trigger pulse has extremely high symmetry and stability, does not change with the ambient temperature, and has no phase sequence requirements. It can be widely used in voltage and current regulation in various fields of industry. It is suitable for resistive load, inductance load, primary side of transformer and various rectifier devices. It is mainly used in temperature control of salt bath furnace, power frequency induction furnace, quenching furnace, molten glass and various industrial furnaces; rectifier transformer, dispatcher, primary side of electric furnace transformer, magnetic boost regulation, DC motor speed control, three-phase motor soft start energy saving device; temperature control of heating elements such as nickel, ferrochromium, far infrared heating elements and silicon-molybdenum rod, silicon-carbon rod, etc. Wait.
Ⅱ. Performance characteristics
○ Unphase sequence requirement is limited. It can be used in power supply of 110 V/220 V and 380 V power supply frequency of 50/60 Hz power grid.
○ It can directly interface with the output signals of various control instruments (temperature controllers) and microcomputers at home and abroad.
○ It is suitable for resistive load, inductive load, primary side of transformer and other load types.
○ Soft start-up function (adjustable start-up time) can reduce the impact of interference on the power grid and make the main circuit more secure and reliable.
○ Fault alarm output function.
○ Urgent stop function.
○ Temperature control and protection function.
○ Integration structure: power supply, synchronous transformer, trigger control circuit and pulse transformer are integrated. Structural tightness, easy debugging, simple wiring.
○ It is safe, convenient, dustproof and reliable by fixing the shell and fixing the chute.
Ⅲ.Main Technical Indicators and Their Use
Input signal: 4-20mA (short E1, E2) DC 0-5V (short E2, E3) DC 0-10V (short E3, E4) 10K potentiometer (manual adjustment)
Output Specification: Two-phase or single-phase trigger 0-100% output.
Phase shift range: 0-180.
Trigger capacity: <3000A single bidirectional thyristor.
Indicating function: PWL_PC board working power supply indication
OFF_Fault Indication (SCR Overtemperature)
OUT_SCR Output Indicator
Power usage: AC1 and AC2 are connected to 220V city power supply. (If the user needs to connect 380V power supply voltage, please inform our company to customize)
Load test: SCR can not work properly without load or current less than 0.5A when testing trigger. So the load current should be greater than 0.5A.
IV. Exclusion of Abnormal State
1. SCR cannot be turned off:
○ Load collinear can not be connected to zero line or grounding, otherwise SCR can not be closed and out of control.
○ Use multimeter to measure short circuit between load and body.
2. SCR has no output and no current:
○ The panel PWL indicator is not on and the SCR cannot work. Please check whether the fuse is burnt.
○ Check whether the OUT indicator is on or not. If not, please check whether the + - terminal has signal input.
○ Whether E1, E2, E3, E4 are safe to control input shorting.
○ OFF indicator lights on and stops output, indicating SCR overheating.
3. Uneven three-phase current:
○ Make the three-phase load size average as far as possible, such as uneven will cause current imbalance. For special load applications, please contact our company's technical support.
