Operation manual of ky1-d single-phase SCR phase-shift trigger module

　　I. overview

　　Ky1-d single-phase SCR phase-shift trigger module is designed and upgraded by using the current traditional phase-shift trigger technology. The phase-shifting trigger has good symmetry and stability, does not change with the ambient temperature, and has no phase sequence requirements. It can be widely used in voltage and current regulation in various fields of industry, and it is suitable for resistive load, inductive load and voltage regulating device. It is mainly used in temperature heating control of salt bath furnace, power frequency induction furnace, quenching furnace, melting glass and various industrial furnaces; primary side of shunting machine, electric furnace transformer, magnetic flux raising and pushing regulation, DC motor speed control, single-phase motor soft start energy saving device; temperature control of heating elements such as nickel, ferrochrome, far-infrared heating elements and silicon molybdenum rod, silicon carbon rod, etc.

　　II. Performance characteristics

　　There is no limitation of phase sequence requirements, which can be used for power grid with 110V / 220V and 380V power frequency of 50 / 60Hz.

　　It can directly interface with the output signals of various control instruments (temperature controllers) and microcomputers at home and abroad.

　　It is suitable for resistive load, inductive load, transformer primary side and other load types.

　　With soft start function, it can reduce the impact interference to the power grid and make the main circuit more safe and reliable.

　　III. main technical indicators and use

　　Input signal: 4-20mA dc1-5v DC 0-5V DC 0-10V 10K potentiometer (for manual adjustment) (different models can be selected according to different control needs)

　　Output specification: single phase or two-phase two-way trigger 0-100% output.

　　Phase shift range: 0-180.

　　Triggering capacity: ≤ 1500A, single and bidirectional thyristor.

　　Power supply use: use a 2w-12vac transformer as the power supply for synchronous use. When it is used in 380VAC voltage regulating circuit, 380V transformer is used as synchronous power supply.

　　Load test: when the trigger is tested, the load is not connected or the current is less than 0.5A, and the SCR cannot work normally. So the load current should be greater than 0.5A.

　　IV. precautions:

　　(1) the phase-shift trigger can be used in 110-430vac power grid (customized for less than 110V).

　　(2) connect the secondary winding of synchronous transformer with 3 or 4 pins, the voltage value is 12va or 18vac, the maximum current required is 40mA, and the power is 1-2W.

　　(3) control terminal con input dc0-5v control, GND is power ground, SCR output 0-100% adjustable.

　　(4) the + 5V voltage signal on the JP wiring socket is supplied to the manual potentiometer, not used for other purposes. The resistance value of the selected potentiometer is between 2.2-10k Ω.

　　(5) the phase-shifting trigger module itself has very little heat, and does not need additional heat dissipation.

　　(6) the phase-shift trigger module can trigger the thyristor within 1500A. Please install and commission in strict accordance with the control wiring method provided by our company. If you have any questions, please contact our technical personnel.

　　(7) if the load has high requirements for voltage regulation and voltage stabilization, please select our closed-loop phase-shifting trigger.
